Case3: Achieving CR with primary mediastinal B cell lymphoma with spread to the CNS

A 32 year-old woman with relapsed/refractory stage IV PMBCL with mediastinal tumor complicated with brain metastases

Cancer History:

First diagnosis of cancer: 02/2018 Cancer type: PMBCL; stage IV

First recurrence date: 08/2018 sites: left inferior frontal lobe 35*30mm, left lung

Refractory or persistent disease sites: left inferior frontal lobe, left lung, severe CNS symptoms (headache)

Therapy gone through: Surgery: No

Chemotherapy 5 cycles, R-DA-EPOCH ; radiotherapy: no

Targeted drugs: no  immunotherapy: no  others: no

Interventions: 4SCART (targeting CD19, CD30, CD22), IV after lymphodepletion with Flu-Cy
Consolidation: 4SCART (targeting PSMA)

CRS Grade: 0-1; other side effects: diarrhea, headache, and mild fever around 37.5

Treatment response: CR Quality of Life: improved

Progression-free interval: 1 year

Current status: No evidence of disease
